Safety guidelines when visiting Playhouse 2 
We are delighted to be welcoming you back to our theatre once again.
In order to respect and ensure the safety of our audiences and volunteers we are however putting the following safety measures in place:
• Encouraging everyone to wear a mask whilst moving around the building 
• Avoid groups congregating in the bar and foyer areas 
• No standing at the bar once you have been served 
• Toilets will be managed by a member of the Front of House team should they become busy
• Ice creams will be sold in the auditorium only
• Auditorium to be open from 7pm to reduce the amount of people standing in the bar area
• Touch points cleaned before, in between and after performances
• Hand sanitiser will be available around the building
If you are displaying any symptoms of Coronavirus we ask that you do not visit the theatre.

The story of Rick Blaine, a cynical world-weary ex-patriate who runs a nightclub in Casablanca, Morocco during the early stages of WWII. Despite the pressure he constantly receives from the local authorities, Rick's cafe has become a kind of haven for refugees seeking to obtain illicit letters that will help them escape to America. But when Ilsa, a former lover of Rick's, and her husband, show up to his cafe one day, Rick faces a tough challenge which will bring up unforeseen complications, heartbreak and ultimately an excruciating decision to make.

On Christmas Eve 1945, in Bedford Falls, New York, 38-year-old George Bailey contemplates suicide. The prayers of his family and friends reach heaven, where Angel 2nd class Clarence Odbody is assigned to save George, to earn his wings. Clarence shows George Life in Bedford Falls had he not been born… Will it be enough to convince George that his life made a difference to the people of Bedford falls?

If you enjoyed last years production of A Christmas Carol, then you will love this stage version of Frank Capra’s 1946 classic Christmas Story .

Starring International Elvis Masters Champion Jared Lee with his band & Singers.
In this production Jared Lee recreates the Electrifying career of Elvis Aaron Presley. The Early Years, The Movie Years, NBC 68 Comeback Special and The Concert Years 1969-1977.
All faithfully recreated by Jared & his band including all of the hits from 1954 to 1977. Also this years show will feature a very special Elvis Christmas section in the show.
Every aspect of the show is created to be as close to an Elvis concert as possible.
Vocally, musically and most importantly the feel and energy of an Elvis Presley show is authentically created.
